​Joseph Alter Rackish is an independent music producer, composer and emcee from Williamsport, Pennsylvania. Rackish began producing music after graduating from Miami University, where he studied Mass Communications and Film/Television. His works often integrate elements of electronic music, hip-hop/rap and orchestral arrangements, while also drawing inspiration from film, television, sports and politics.  

Rackish was introduced to music at a very young age through the Suzuki Method, from which he studied the violin and piano. Once he learned to read and write music, Rackish was composing as early as he can remember. He quickly developed a deep passion for music across all genres, with influences ranging from baroque to rock to rap.
